No solar power, ie no energy output from the sun. First it would be dark. Plants and plankton could not produce oxygen, so oxygen would be depleted in short order. Food would no longer be produced unless under artificial light. Temperatures would drop, water and carbon dioxide would turn from Gas to solid. Temperatures would drop as the insulation of clouds disappeared. in a short order life on earth would cease, with deep sea creatures and plankton being the last to die.
