Since solar panels or wafers are temperature sensitive, should it be a choice for warmer countries?

When the manufacturers mean temperature sensitive, they mean don’t subject it to large amounts of changes over a short period of time, whether it is an instant cooling or heating effect. As long as the temperature stays constant and is below 70 degrees Celsius there wouldn’t be any damage to the photovoltaic cells.
