Google for homesteads– rustic living– Mother Earth News– These places have plans for solar heating of water for sure– for power– not sure but they might. I’ve read the steps sometime in my many decades– and it didn’t sound hard, either.
Don’t forget books– check out your library and the folks that work there– they help locate information for patrons.
