I am no genious but, from what I know about solar power and batteries it seems to me that hybrid and/or electric powered vehicle batteries could be recharged by solar panels attached to houses or fences in most areas. What is the problem with this solution?

nothing…and the solutions actually get easier the more you think about them.

You have 4 rotating wheels…they regenerate energy..they capture some already

Your solar idea

wind energy as you travel, it’s a constant.

By the time you are done…there is almost no wasted energy!
