Only one in 10 drilled oil wells produces oil and drilling an oil well to 5000 ft costs one million dollars. It would seem to be wise to build wid mills and solar plants that will start paying off as soon as they are built ?
The Natural Gas that would be saved from the production of electricity could then be used as fuel for cars.
